Reclaim Your Narrative
Did 2020 serve you well? Little did I know at THAT time in 2020 and being given no option than to slow down from my usual - more like, unusual - personal and professional routine, would be a blessing in disguise. Reclaim Your Narrative Circumstances change which also means, so can your journey. This does not mean that your 'end game' will change, but it can give you time to reflect on how to improve on your outcomes. Below is one of my favourite quotes and it really does help me to re-evaluate my actions.

I am excited to share with you a couple of secret steps that I took to achieve this. Miracle Message I was speaking with a friend who told me about her 'Miracle Message' that came to fruition. I have had similar experiences where my written words have become reality. I have inadvertently put the thoughts out of my mind that I had written, yet they still eventuated! What you need to do: Write/type what you desire as if it has happened - "I am so excited that . . ." or " I can't believe that I have actually . . ." The power of the written word is incredible. It plants the thought in your mind and these thoughts create desires that flourish into actions. There is no better time than now to write your 'Miracle Message' for 2021 and beyond. Have you ever said, "I can't meditate because I can't stop my brain from thinking!" or “I don’t have the time to meditate.”?
This is exactly what I have been saying for years.
We all have varying interests in life and the style of meditation that you choose needs to suit you. I definitely needed the guided meditation to start me on my journey of ‘taking time for stillness’. The first step for me was to actually value the benefits of mediation so that I would allow it to be a part of my routine.
